We are looking for a Children's Home Manager for a new supported Accommodation service in Doncaster for young people age 16+ who have been in the care system and are now living in semi-independent accommodation. As a Registered Manager you should have sound working knowledge of the Supported Accommodation regulations (2023) You will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of care and support for young people overseeing compliance with Quality standards and Supported Accommodation Regulations. You will play an important role in creating a nurturing environment by recruiting and training a skilled staff team, prioritizing safety and well-being, implementing personalized care plans and upholding accountability.
