SalaryMosaic1898 is assisting a family to recruit 2 Personal Assistants for a lady in the LE3 area in Leicester.
Each Personal Assistant will be allocated 3.5 hours of employment per week. This will be on a flexible basis to suit the needs of the lady and her family. This will occasionally be at a weekend.
The rate of pay is: £14.00 per hour. The Personal Assistant needs to be kind, patient and willing to take the time to get to know the lady they will be supporting.
Some of the duties of the personal assistants to this lady will include but not necessarily be limited to:
· Initially to build a relationship with the lady, going out for coffee.
· To support and prompt with tidying up her flat and keeping it clean.
· To support with safe meal preparations and to promote a healthy diet.
· To support with structuring the day and organizing the day to day.
· To help make informed decisions.
· To support with maintaining Personal Care and to help select appropriate clothing for the weather.
· To identify and to support engaging in activities in the community.

Preferably non-smoker
