Job Purpose
I am young disabled mum with a 8-year-old child. My disability is a result of spinal operation and it affects my ability to feel my fingers, toes and legs which means I can fall easily due to poor balance. I am also suffering from depression and anxiety. Personal Assistant to support me in my parenting role, someone to help me to maintain my independence and improve my well being
Location: Wymondham
Details:
- Support with meal preparation; domestic tasks including hoovering, cleaning the bathroom and general tidying up as well as making the beds in the morning
- Support with taking my child to school and with attending school meetings
- Supporting me and my child with activities, such as day trips and going to the park or shops
- Support with making decisions around finances
- Companionship to improve my general well being

Summary terms and conditions
- The rate of pay for this position is £18 per hour
- Hours and times of work:
Saturday:- 8am- 10am
Sunday 10.30am - 5.30pm
plus cover for other PA's holidays and sickness as required.
The post is subject to the following:
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
