Personal Assistant (2 posts – 9.5 hours per week) – Stockton area - £10.42 per hour
Our client is looking for two PA’s to work as a team and provide support 7 days per week and help her to remain independent in her own home, which she shares with her pet dog.
The successful candidates will be reliable, with a positive and caring outlook, committed to providing a high level of care and support.
*Due to the nature of this role involving Personal Care, we can only accept female candidates for this role*
Duties to include :
Morning Call : (30 minutes Monday / Wednesday / Friday / Sunday)
Support with washing and dressing
Applying medicated cream and putting Juxta’s on
Support with medication / Prepare breakfast and a hot drink

Morning Call : (45 minutes Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday)
As above, with the addition of support with showering
Lunch – daily (30 minute)
Support with lunch and hot drink / wash up & empty bins (if necessary)
Tea – daily (30 minutes)
Support with preparation on main meal & medication
Evening – daily (30 minutes)
Support with removal of Juxtas & provide a drink (if required)
Check CPAP machine & ensure property is secure before leaving

Weekly duties –
2 hours per week – to support and assist with domestic duties
3 hours per week – to support to attend a weekly class
Hours and working days to be agreed, but the post will include weekend working. You will be required to cover holiday / sickness absence when required, so a flexible approach to work is essential.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required. The cost of this will be met by the employer
