About the client and support needed:
I am looking for a dedicated, open-minded, easygoing, friendly Personal Care Assistant to join the team that I am building. I live independently in my own home with my partner. I am young at heart and I love music. I am a DJ so it is vital that you have a passion for music too.
I want to be more active than I already am. I like going to the park and the beach and want support to go to more events so you will need to be sociable, fit and healthy to get me around. I am wheelchair bound but it doesnt stop me from living the best life I can. You will most definitely need a good sense of humour. I can be quite sarcastic at times so you need to not easily take offense. Come and have a laugh with us!
As a member of my caring team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that can vary by the day so an amount of flexibility is required. Some of the main duties include:
- Administration of medication
