About Our Client
A National Charity with offices Based in London.
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the team.
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings and prepare relevant documents.
- Act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Liaise with stakeholders and external contacts, as necessary.
- Manage databases and filing systems.
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
- Collate and file expenses.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
