Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
- Providing support to senior staff members with regards to compliance on the Project Agreement.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand and meet their facility needs.
- Implement and maintain industry best practices for facility management.
- Working in line with and having a thorough understanding and knowledge of the PFI agreement
Qualifications/Role Requirements
- Proven experience in PFI (Private Finance Initiative) and facilities management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of compliance and Health and Safety requirements
