Job description
The post holder will take a lead responsibility for the coordination of the Digital and Data products and services that enable Vaccine Management through PHA on behalf of the region, with a focus on Covid, Flu & Shingles initially (known as the Vaccine Management Service or VMS). The post holder will also manage commissioning of the Digital and Data products and services that support vaccine management of the future and will work with other teams within Digital Health & Care NI, the BSO, and other Health & Social Care eHealth teams. A university degree or a recognised professional qualification relevant to Digital or Data (such as PMI Agile or OGC MSP) And have worked for at least 2 years in a product or service ownership role, or Programme / Project experience demonstrating leadership of projects and people managementOr Have worked for at least 5 years in an IT based or project / programme management field with at least 2 of those years in a digital service or product ownership role, demonstrating leadership of projects and people management
