About the role
As a Partnerships Executive, you’ll work with companies and retailers across the UK on the account management and stewardship of all our existing partners.
You’ll make a real difference to the Retail Growth Strategy through the development of partnerships with a wide range of channels including companies, universities and local authorities to source donated stock.
You will be working on marketing collateral, data interrogation, being involved in the operational support of the partnerships and also working on many exciting campaigns with our partners. You will be delivering an engaging experience for key stakeholders and help generating significant income for life saving research for the British Heart Foundation.
Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be split between your home and a BHF office. We would be open to applications from candidates looking to be based at our London, Leeds, Northampton, Birmingham or Edinburgh offices.
This role is advertised as a full time position working 35 hours over 5 days. We are open to someone wanting to work part-time over 4 days each week. Please specific if you are interested in working full time 5 days or part time 4 days in your supporting statement.
At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average.

About you
We're looking for a talented person to join our experienced and busy team. You’ll understand corporate partnerships, with previous experience of developing cross-organisational relationships with key contacts with the ability to nurture client partnerships.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders. With demonstrable experience of account management of partners/clients and/or new business skills you'll be able to add value to current and new partnerships.
IT proficient, you'll have knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint and will have experience and knowledge using databases. With proven experience of data analysis and strong analytical skills, you’ll be able to report back to stakeholders.
Highly organised and will excellent planning skills you'll be able to deal with conflicting demands across multiple projects and partnerships. You'll be ambitious with outstanding research skills and will help source new lead generation and develop and manage an overview of cyclical partnership opportunities.
