Overview:
As Picking & Mixing Team Leader (Nights) your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the workload across the Mixing operation and Picking as necessary. This role involves completing internal documentation, providing people management support, especially for the rework team and return-to-work processes. Collaboration with the warehouse team is crucial to ensure the successful completion of nightly operations.
Location: Wakefield.
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday.
Salary: Negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workload distribution across Mixing and Picking operations.
- Complete relevant internal documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Provide people management support, particularly for the rework team and return-to-work processes.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the smooth execution of nightly operations.
- Assist the Night Shift Operations Manager in various tasks and responsibilities.
