We have an exciting opportunity for a Planner Scheduler to join our team. As a member of the team you will provide administrative support to the team in order to book and schedule jobs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Book in priority jobs within a time frame
- Sending jobs out to contractors
- Tracking materials on order
- Make & answer calls to operatives, customers and residents, send and receive emails from customers/residents
- Administer CRM, Northgate and other databases in use by the organisation and our own inhouse system.
- To be proactive in ensuring urgent matters are brought to the attention of the relevant team members

- Works well under pressure, good listener.
- Understanding of maintenance service delivery
- logging databases
- An understanding of the construction industry
- Ability to train other on software and systems used to deliver a repairs and maintenance services in a Housing environment
