We are currently recruiting for experienced Repairs Planner/ Scheduler to join an established social housing contractor in Essex. Please note this is an immediate start for the right candidate.
Ideally we would like someone coming from a housing / maintenance background.
Experienced Repairs Planner / Scheduler needed to work for a specialist social housing contractor that is working alongside a number of reputable housing associations.
Duties:
- Day to day duties will involve booking in repairs appointments for residents, raising repairs jobs as well as managing engineers diaries and answering tenants calls and assisting with any other queries they may have.
- As a planner / scheduler we need someone who has worked in a social housing sector before and is able to stay calm under pressure as it is quite fast-paced environment.
- You will need to be experienced dealing with members of public on a daily basis - booking in and rescheduling appointments, issuing letters, managing the diaries for up to 40 operatives, and allocating repairs to the appropriate tradesmen.
- You will be working alongside a friendly team of professionals, please note that this is an immediate start and can be temp to perm for the right candidate.
