Planner (Southampton)

Osborne Richardson is delighted to be working with an award-winning Planning practice to appoint an enthusiastic, capable and committed Planner for their team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be a good team worker and be driven, motivated and passionate about planning.

A highly regarded, independent practice that work on a wide-range of residential, commercial, renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

The role specifics

Day to day you will work within a friendly team, on a wide mix of schemes. The role will involve you assisting on pre-applications and planning applications, visiting sites, attending community engagement meetings – all while receiving support to develop your career (including help with your APC to become MRTPI qualified if you are not yet chartered).

Role requirements

All applicants must have an RTPI accredited degree or master’s for this role. You will also be expected to have at least 12 months of relevant planning experience.

Reward
