Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently recruiting for their client, a successful Manufacturing organisation based in Fife.
This role is a fully site-based role working Monday to Friday, you will support the Engineering team with administration, specifically around the planning of jobs and maintaining the database system.
Responsibilities Include
- Attend Engineering planning team meetings
- Monitor and update future job work schedule and ensure Engineers understand required labour resources in advance for job completion
- Create, update and monitor job work orders in database, highlighting any issues or delays
- Liaise with internal teams and Stakeholders including Engineering, Supply Chain, Stores etc
- Produce internal reports as required
- Update and maintain engineering database
Background Required
- Previous experience of working in administration
- Exceptional planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate confidently with various internal teams and Stakeholders
- Confident IT skills, this should include MS Office and ideally database, ERP &/or CRM systems
