We are recruiting for a Planning & Performance Analyst to join the fantastic team at our Tarmac team at Tunstead in Buxton.

Main ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Planning & Performance Analyst you will be responsible for:
Regular commercial reporting and management information for the lime business, to inform effective commercial decision making, track performance, identify opportunities and drive improvement
Responsible for volume, revenue and profitability reporting, month-end reporting, and market data analysis, contributing value adding commentary and further investigation as required
Communicate data across the commercial team and support the development of customer solutions and value propositions
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Planning & Performance Analyst will have experience of:
Degree level in business, computer science, mathematics, or operations research or equivalent qualifications and/or experience
Previous experience in MI reporting and commercial analysis
Experience analyzing and documenting complex business areas and processes.
Understanding of general industrial, utilities and construction industries, particularly the customer, supplier and competitor interfaces
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Advanced numeracy and financial understanding
Excellent analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication
