Planning & Environmental Senior Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a fantastic global firm in their Planning and Environmental team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high performing, top ranked Legal 500 team. The team sits within the real estate, infrastructure, and energy department. The group has a strong background in the hotel, hospitality and leisure sectors, as well as the luxury living, build-to-rent, and private rented sectors.

Experience required-

• Qualified in England and Wales or Common Jurisdiction.   Previous Planning experience 5+ PQE Strong academics. Excellent understanding of English planning system and environmental regulations. Ability to give practical, clear advice. Excellent communication skills. Motivated and enthusiastic. Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
