Consisting of eight subsidiaries, we’re on an exciting growth plan. Right now, due to our growth plans, we are looking for a Planning Manager, to join our growing Planning Team on a permanent contract out of our offices in Coxheath, Kent.
About The Role…
As Planning Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and full Planning service across the Group of Chartway companies, providing a range of key services including early-stage planning and development appraisals, preparation, and submissions of planning applications as well as s106/planning condition monitoring, submissions, and compliance.
You will undertake site assessments and conduct detailed examinations of planning histories. You’ll support our Land & Planning team with the preparation and project management of different types of planning applications, including the discharge of planning conditions and amendment applications.

You’ll come from a similar position, with a strong understanding of the planning process, ideally from your experience in both the public & private sector. Excellent IT and organisation skills, be organised, and have a sound understanding of the planning system & procedures.
Holding MRTPI status and or working towards one as well as having a planning or another property related degree would be advantageous.
