Our client is a leading Scottish law firm with an outstanding reputation which provides comprehensive legal advice across all business sectors. Due to growth, they now seek a Planning Solicitor to join their well-established Planning Team in Glasgow.
In this role, you will have an excellent opportunity to work on some of the largest energy projects in the United Kingdom.
You will advise on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, conduct reviews of EIA reports, assist clients with delivery of various projects like offshore windfarms or solar farms. You will also assist with some contentious matters e.g. public inquiries.
Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant planning and environmental law experience
- EIA experience is a must
- Experience in the energy sector is highly desirable
- Excellent academic background
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
