Vivid are working with a local authority in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Planning Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.
You will be given the opportunity to work remotely, on a locum initial 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
Key responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:
- Provide Planning Advice.
- Deal with Planning appeals.
- Handle a mix of Planning enforcement matters.
- Attend Planning Committee on an ad-hoc basis
