We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to work within our Development Management Service. The successful applicant will support both the Development Management and Land Charges divisions within the service, providing property information for searches and support in the processing of planning applications.
Applicants should possess good written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail, along with the ability to interpret detailed information and plans. The successful applicant will be able to work flexibly on a wide range of complex administrative and technical tasks, both independently and as part of a team, to meet challenging targets. If you have the ability to manage high volumes of workload, learn quickly, and adapt to changing work processes, we want to hear from you.
The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours per week.
