Job description
Fixed term for 2 years from 30th September 2024 The Governing Body of St Anne's College invites applications for the Plumer Junior Research Fellowship in Classics. The Fellowship is offered for research in any area of Classics. The JRF is open to those at an early stage of their academic career. You will hold a PhD/DPhil or be near to completion with a high level of research ability and strong record of education. The successful candidate will be expected to: engage in research and its dissemination; propose, plan and manage a high-quality programme of original research; publicise the outcomes of that research through presentation of papers and publications; undertake up to three hours of teaching per week during term time for the College, should teaching be available; and engage in the life and activities of the College, including taking responsibility for the convening of a Subject Family Event at least once a year.
