Portfolio Management Director

The Portfolio Management Director is going to be heading up a team of 4 people who are mainly dealing with the documentation and management of new transactions, this involves assessing documentss when deals come in, pricing of deals, ensuring that the entity is compliant with rules and regulations of the bank and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Executing and originating loans in leasing deals, including pricing, credit analysis, documentation, and ongoing deal management.
• Manage tax-based leasing assets for disposal and oversee ALFA decommissioning.
• Managing internal stakeholder relationships, annual credit approvals, and negotiate transactions.
• Provided accounting and tax impact analysis, reviews financial statements, and liaises with auditors.
• Manage bookings of new transactions, liaise with stakeholders, arrange funding, and supervise financial reporting.
• Conduct lead-reconciliation efforts and provide technical accounting advice.
• Working with in-house Lease Management Software called Alfa, previous experience required.
• Working with in-house Lease Evaluation Software called Classic, previous experience required.

This role is a client-facing role as it supports the front desk by executing deals that have been sourced, and then work closely with Portfolio Mangement to maintain relationships.
