Portfolio Manager

Our client are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join their team in Old Town, Swindon - £24k - £28k

The role as a Portfolio Manager

• Part of a team of 6 Portfolio Managers, looking after approx. 120 properties each.
• Generating tenancy move in paperwork, property and tenancy management of own portfolio to include compliance, maintenance, property management
• Carrying out routine property inspections

The Candidate

• Team player, attention to detail
• customer service driven.
• Experience preferred, but not essential
• Training given
• Clean drivers licence required

The hours

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. 1 Saturday in 4 (with day off in lieu)
