Position: Mailroom Operator
Duration: 4 - 6 weeks
Location: Oxford
Payrate: 12 per hour (accrued holiday) - 13.30 (rolled-up holiday pay)

We are currently recruiting for a temporary mailroom operator to join a busy and fast paced team based in Oxford, to cover holiday dates.

Duties:
To ensure all incoming and outgoing mail is distributed appropriately
Ensuring safe and timely delivery to the recipients
Build strong relationships with clients and external organisations
Be able to give advice on the best method of delivery
Scanning and photocopying documents
Liaising with clients and customers
You may be required to assist the Reprographics team occassionally
Other ad hoc duties

Previous experience within a post room environment is essential
