HQ based in Berkshire -UK Based FULLY Remote role. They meet up once every once a month or once every 3 months.

Key Skills needed:

Min 2+years' experience with Power BI and Python.

You will be Providing strategic insights and influence business strategies based on data- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI and Python Developer/Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization and for our clients through our software solutions. The Power BI Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and implement effective data visualization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with data engineers to establish and maintain ETL processes as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing of Power BI solutions to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and report discrepancies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions, data models, and processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather insights and refine Power BI solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest features and updates in Power BI to leverage new functionalities for continuous improvement.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports and using Python scripts
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Proficient in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Power BI certification.
• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
