We are currently seeking a Part-Qualified Patent Attorney with a specialisation in Chemistry to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of patent matters, leveraging your expertise to provide top-notch counsel to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the field of Chemistry
- Conducting patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and infringement evaluations
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic IP solutions
- Working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and support

Requirements:
- Part-qualified as a Patent Attorney with a specialisation in Chemistry
