As PR Associate Director (covering maternity leave), you’ll have a birds-eye view on all PR client accounts, and play a leading role in the growth and running of an ambitious PR department. You’ll inspire and encourage a highly creative and motivated team of PR pros (and all-round lovely human beings) - creating the conditions for the PR team to thrive and produce their best possible work.

Day-to-day responsibilities for this PR Associate Director role include:

• Leading the team to deliver client accounts – Providing overall strategic direction for client accounts. Guiding and being accountable for the account team that deliver it. Being the point of elevation for the team’s day-to-day issues and the first point of contact for management.
• Team and process management - Managing the structure and day-to-day running of the PR department and client accounts. Refining processes and ensuring the team is working effectively and efficiently.
• Growing accounts and winning new ones – Leading and maintaining client relationships. Identifying long-term growth opportunities that grow both the account and the client’s business.
• People management and development - Providing team members with the mentoring and support they need to develop and grow in their PR careers.

This is a maternity cover contract role, starting September 2024. Length of contract between 7 and 14 months.
