What our client is looking for in a Practice Manager:

• Experienced Dispensing Optician, Deputy Practice Manager or Practice Manager looking to take the next exciting step
• Excellent communication and listening skills with an ability to be understood both verbally and non-verbally and the ability to build relationships with your clients, peers, and team members.
• The ability to diagnose and solve problems, plan, prioritise workloads, share responsibilities accordingly and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
