Description
Joining as Practice Manager you will take on responsibilities across the range below:
- Internal accounts, payroll, internal bookkeeping, billing accounts and workflow management, reconciliations and debt recovery
- General management, IT systems and office facilities and change management.
- Assisting with study needs for staffing, organising training, courses and planning.
- Admin, HR and Recruitment Support assistance, working with the wider staffing team providing support and guidance
You will work closely with the management and director/leader team acting as key right hand support.
Profile
For this Practice Manager role you may be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA etrc or QBE accountancy practice career background professional looking to move across from a client service focused role into a more operational, internal practice management position. Or you could be an existing Practice Manager within an accountancy firm environment, or equally within other professional services businesses such as a dental or legal practice for instance. You will be looking for a challenging new career opportunity where you can play a key, lead role on this side as the firm grows and develops in the future.
Job Offer
