Practice Manager

Practice Manager – part time self employed - £40 per hour – 10 to 15 hours a week

The Practice

Dr. Gayetri's expanding Private Functional Medicine Clinic, now housing a team of three doctors, seeks a competent and experienced Practice Manager

At the clinic we employ a full-body, system based and holistic approach to heal complex, chronic illness and health conditions. Our team find and treat the root cause of our patient’s health conditions and put together a bespoke recovery plan using non-invasive therapies that work with, not against, the body.

The Role

• In this new role you will work with Dr. Gayetri to emphasize the clinic's medical quality by taking the lead role in the clinic's administrative and governance processes.
• You will demonstrate a proactive mindset, enhancing and managing the clinic’s existing systems to allow Dr. Gayetri to focus on medical quality assurance.
• You will work with the Virtual Assistant to ensure the seamless administrative operation of the clinic as it expands.
• You will understand and provide unparalleled patient service at all times.
• You may also have a flair for social media, helping to elevate the clinic's online presence.

If you have previous experience of managing systems and processes, providing strong customer service and working collaboratively to keep your team organised within a medical practice we would love to hear from you.
