We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and highly organised individual to join a successful and very reputable Accountancy firm as a Practice Manager.
This role will be in the Co.Armagh package and will include:
- Office-based hours Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm

Your new role
- To manage your team’s workflow and the delivery of excellent client service
- Scheduling of own and team’s work to achieve agreed deadlines
- Direction and reviewing work of team members
- Training and support of Trainee Accountants
- Accounts preparation
- Ratio Analysis and interpretation of financial Information to identify opportunities for client business improvement
- Presentation of year-end accounts to clients
- Completion of HMRC/Revenue Commissioners tax compliance requirements across Payroll/VAT/CIS/RCT/CT & IT
- Preparation of business funding applications to banks and other funding institutions e.g. Invest NI.
- Assisting with consultancy assignments
- Opportunities, if desired, to expand your knowledge and skills to take advantage of career development opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, we want to hear from experienced Accountants with strong financial analysis skills – qualified by examination OR by experiencePositive team leader with good communication and organisational skills with an ability to manage priorities. You will have an ability to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues and will have a sound knowledge and understanding of computerised accountancy software such as SAGE/Xero/BrightPay and Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills.
