Chronic disease management To implement and evaluate individual treatment plans for pre-diabetic / diabetic patients that promote health and wellbeing To be involved in influencing procedures and protocols for the management of chronic diseases. Maintain an awareness of the developments in the care and treatment of patients in order to be able to carry out duties competently Infection Control To maintain a clean, safe environment, ensuring adherence to standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control.
