Pre-Construction Manager

They are capable of helping their clients bring their vision to life, working on detailed space, planning and providing fit out and refurbishment, help with relocation and furniture selection.

Due to the ongoing success and profitable business wins, our client now requires a hands on and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Pre-Construction activities, such as bid management, procurement, estimating, and client/stakeholder coordination.

Pre-Construction Manager - Position Overview

• Coordinate effectively with the design team, clients, and stakeholders throughout the pre-construction phase.
• Ensure all pre-construction activities comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement standardized pre-construction processes and procedures.
• Participate in client presentations, interviews, and meetings as necessary.
• Facilitate a seamless transition to the project delivery team upon contract award.
• Oversee the bid management process, including bid/no-bid decisions, tender evaluation, and the submission of competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with business development teams to identify and secure new project opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, value engineering, and scope analysis for potential projects.
• Manage the procurement process, encompassing subcontractor selection, package preparation, and tender analysis.

Pre-Construction Manager - Position Requirements

• Can efficiently and effectively estimate and manage the bid management process.
• Competent with Excel.
• Experienced within the construction industry.
• Fit Out experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Familiar with Procore would be beneficial.
