Salary Pre-Construction Manager

Fawkes and Reece Group are currently assisting a leading construction business with their search for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their Central London-based team.
Our client are ideally looking for a candidate with extensive bid leadership experience, and are most interested in candidates from commercial, estimating, planning or technical backgrounds.
This UK construction specialist has built a successful track record and reputation over the previous 50 years.

The role will also have hybrid working available once the successful candidate is settled into the role. Our client are offering a salary of up to £120,000 per year with car/travel allowance and benefits, depending on level of experience.
Relevant Experience
- Competitive tendering
- Development and Leadership of Major Public Sector Bids
- Managing a two stage process
- Negotiation skills
- Completed projects within London Boroughs
Our client delivers schemes across sectors, including public/private housing and regeneration schemes with project values range up to £300m.
