Position: Premises Manager

Contract: Temporary-to-Permanent, Full-Time
Term: Term Time Plus 4 Weeks in Holidays
As a key member of the school's support staff, the Premises Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the school premises, including security, maintenance, and health and safety
Conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
Managing contracts with external suppliers and contractors for facilities services
Coordinating and overseeing premises-related projects and improvements
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements
Supporting the school leadership team in developing and implementing premises-related policies and procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in premises management within a school is essential
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
Flexibility to work term time plus 4 weeks in holidays
