Role and Responsibilities:
Line management of the warehouse and cleaning teams.
Mentoring new staff and helping improve efficiencies.
Assigning maintenance and prep work to the warehouse team and site crew.
Stock control.
Ensuring health and safety policies are adhered, including manual handling techniques.
Overseeing safe loading and unloading of transport vehicles using counterbalance forklift trucks.
Overseeing preparation of equipment in accordance with kit lists ready to be transported to site
Arranging annual maintenance of forklifts, fire extinguishers, the alarm system, ladder inspections, and other equipment as necessary by external contractors and keeping of maintenance records.
Building management and maintenance, including electrics, plumbing, pest control, waste removal and cleanliness. Liaising with third party contractors where required to ensure minimal business disruption.

Punctuality is a must.
Full UK driving license with FLT license is essential.
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday) although some work outside of these hours on an overtime basis will be available.
Salary: c£42K - £46K (depending on experience) for a 40-hour week, not including overtime. Holiday allowance of 25 days (per year pro rata) plus bank holidays.
Start date: Immediate.
