Salary: Up to 13 per hour inclusive of OTE

The Role
We are looking for chefs of all levels to join our CPU (Central Production Unit) in Lower Sydenham, South London. This role will focus on preperation taks ensuring high quality at high volumes. For this role experience is not required but a great attitute and reliabilty will be essential.
Desirable Prep Chefs have
- 1yr + experience working in as part of a kitchen brigade in a high-volume restaurant
- If inexperienced, you may love our food already and want to learn, develop and progress as part of our team
- Quality knife skills and ability to use state-of-the-art kitchen equipment
- You'll go above and beyond to maintain the kitchen's high standards in health & safety, hygiene & cleanliness
- We value flexibility & adaptability as you’ll be joining a demanding kitchen environment. Your willingness to embrace challenges will be an asset
