Presentation Specialist
Our client, a financial services company, who are based in London are currently seeking a professional, creative, and detail-oriented individual for a new role, Presentations Specialist. This individual will be a key member of the global marketing team, supporting the global institutional marketing team (and the private client team from time to time) in the creation and maintenance of PowerPoint materials (both regular updates and bespoke requests). We are looking for a candidate with exceptional PowerPoint skills and a background in Asset Management. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, efficient and conscientious with very strong attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:-
· Working closely with our outsourced provider for the monthly and quarterly process of creating, updating and verifying PowerPoint materials for the global institutional business with support from the Institutional Marketing team in the US when needed (particularly considering time zone differences) and the client materials analyst.
· Producing creative presentations (both new and improving existing) ensuring information is portrayed in the best possible way using multiple data sources and different design software as required.
· Develop PowerPoint materials for the investment and sales teams as needed to support global conferences, events and roadshows as well as individual client meetings on an adhoc basis
· Maintain document repositories for client teams to access PowerPoint materials as needed
· Responsible for ad hoc changes/improvements to existing materials as requested by client teams
· Build out and manage a slide builder for the sales teams to personalise decks for client and prospect meetings
· Consider the use of automation to improve speed of delivery for PowerPoint slides on a monthly and quarterly basis and manage on an ongoing basis
· From time to time, support the international marketing team (including Private Client support and events) on ad hoc graphic design requests such as simple flyers - work with outsourced design support if needed.
· Work with third parties to support workload as requested - for example external graphic designers for more complex work
· Manage the approvals workflow - including key stakeholders and compliance - ensure that all materials remain compliant or are archived appropriately.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably economics, business or marketing; further qualifications a plus
· Outstanding PowerPoint skills, proficiency in Word and Excel
· 2/3 years’ experience in Asset Management
· Creative thinker - ability to come up with creative ways to display information
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Effective interpersonal skills, a true team player
· Strong communication skills
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Confident with managing data
· Proficiency at prioritisation, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Adobe suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop) desired
This role, will be full time in their offices.
