We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our fun but fast paced business. You will have a 'can do' attitude who can hit the ground running and be a successful contributor to a rapidly growing company.

Job Summary:

As a Pricing Analyst you will play a key position within the Marketing Team, focusing on the preparation and analysis of supplier pricing, and generation of customer contract price bands. Strong commercial awareness and communication skills are key to ensure business development and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Read, interpret, format, review and analyse company pricing data for distribution to the wider business.
Manipulate and maintain pricing data in line with company policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve problems which arise within the pricing element of the business; ensuring processes are managed to reduce reoccurrence.
Collate and present data to various areas within the business.
Help design, develop and implement automated routines into the existing process to allow additional time for analysis and supplier negotiations.
Build and maintain intercompany relationships; particularly with our sales department.
Support other business functions such as product management; using SQL to perform data cleansing and facilitate larger imports.
Leadership and development of short term and long-term projects; ensuring effective communication to all areas of the company.
Provide accurate and timely files to different areas of the business drawing from various sources.
Continue to support the day to day business function.

The Ideal Candidate

Computer literate including strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel and other Microsoft applications, including; previous experience of using SELECT, UPDATE and INSERT statements in SQL and VLOOKUP and IF routines in Excel
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Able to prioritise work load and have a keen eye for detail
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Proven experience in data management, building and maintaining inter-departmental relationships and data accuracy.
Organised and methodical
