Your new role as the Pricing Manager
The key responsibilities are of the Pricing Manager are:
- Leading a team of three pricing analysts
- To prepare and price bespoke contracts for the Sales team
- Utilising historical data for future predictions
- Modelling of different pricing scenarios
- Identifying risks and opportunities
- Liaising with people across the organisation
- Dealing with big data sets.

Benefits
- Base salary: £37k to £42k
- WFH 3-4 days per week | Birmingham (B1 - New Street area) 1-2 days
- 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Rising to 26 days after 1 year.

Skills and experience to be successful
- Experience in the energy sector preferably I&C / B2B
- Pricing experience
- The ability to take data sets, providing insight and recommendations
- Excel and/or Power BI
- Dealing with stakeholders including the Sales function
The Interview Process
* 60 minute TEAMS interview with the Head of Pricing & one other.
* 60 minute face to face meeting with the Commercial Director & one other.
