About the Role:

GSL Education is currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Education Graduate to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Spalding. A graduate with a degree in Primary Education plays a crucial role in shaping the foundational years of children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay current with educational, pedagogical strategies, and advancements in technology that can enhance teaching and learning.
• Being a voice for students' needs and rights within the school and the broader educational community.
• Building connections between the school and the community, involving students in community projects, and fostering a sense of civic responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Primary Education or equivalent.
• A genuine desire to inspire and educate young children.
• Ability to engage with a diverse group of students and tailor teaching methods to individual needs.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
