SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialized primary institution catering to pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH), and other complex needs. Day to Day of the role:
• Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN, tailoring assistance to meet their individual needs.
• Help equip students with essential life skills to aid their transition back to specialist or mainstream education.
• Collaborate with teaching specialists to contribute to a nurturing and positive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN pupils.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting children with complex needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and students.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to engage pupils in their learning journey.
