- Hold a recognized teaching credential, such as QTS
- Exhibit a proven history of effective engagement with primary-aged students facing behavioural challenges, highlighting your skill in dealing with distinctive demands of this student cohort
- Personify qualities of patience, empathy, and an authentic enthusiasm for leaving a significant imprint in the lives of students, particularly those with diverse behavioural needs
- Maintain an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
