Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Reception Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners, responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and creativity
- Creating a warm and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported
- Assessing children's progress and providing personalized feedback to support their individual needs and interests
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to create a holistic learning experience for children
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise in Early Years education
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with Early Years children is highly desirable
- Passion for Early Years education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young children
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
