Fully Remote (Home based plus occasional client site visits) paying between £75K- £85K depending on experience, plus bonus

My client provides ERP software for service centric organisations which enables them to focus on what they do best and deliver competitive advantage and better business outcomes. They are an extremely employee focussed company with a dynamic leadership team that love to give back to the community.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Principal Agresso HR Consultant to join the busy consulting team.

The Principal Agresso HR Consultant will be expected to take the lead role in HR implementations for customers, providing business sector and application design expertise, and overseeing and coordinating the work of senior and application consultants as required. This will involve working directly with customers, for example in system design workshops.

There may also be a requirement to assist with the pre-sales process, when required, supporting the development of new business proposals, delivery of demonstrations, and client meetings.

The Principal HR Consultant will lead, support, and act as a mentor to members of the team, identifying any development needs (technical and professional), facilitating knowledge/skills enhancement and continuous personal growth. They will act as an SME for the HR workstream across the wider business, providing support and guidance to all departments as needed.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience for the Principal Agresso HR Consultant

• Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Demonstrate expertise and confidence in Agresso HR domain, be seen as a ‘trusted advisor’ by the customer
• Team leadership experience
• Able to work to deadlines and tight timescales
• Demonstrable experience of implementing Agresso HR software solutions
• Excellent presentation skills, able to deliver to all levels including but not limited to the most senior stakeholders within an organisation / C-level audience
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrable appetite to excel, setting an example to the wider delivery team including other Application Consultants, Senior Consultants, and clients to deliver high quality outcomes
• Good commercial awareness

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge and experience implementing Agresso HR in Private and Public Sectors
• CIPD or similar HR qualifications
• Consultancy soft skills training, Commercial awareness training
• Experience working as part of a multi-disciplined project delivery team
• Understanding of implementation methodologies (Prince2, PMI)
