We’re looking for an experienced BREEAM Assessor who can lead the service line for Environmental Certification at a dedicated and specialist Environmental Sustainability Consultancy.
This will suit someone who enjoys delivery – there could be the opportunity to join the senior management team and manage people if the incumbent aspires to do so but equally the role might interest someone who wants to stay away from management and be focused on delivering and developing the service line.
Our client is based in the South-East and operate flexibility when it comes to working from home. We’re consider applicants from across the South and South East of the UK who can realistically get to London for meetings, sometimes short notice.
Working largely with residential developers across residential and mix-used schemes, you will provide industry-leading environmental assessment and consultancy services to a wide range of developers across all stages of the development process.
In this role you will be managing and delivering multiple environmental certification services including BREEAM, HQM and CEEQUAL,
Successful candidates will ideally have:
· Significant experience and an interest in delivery Environment Certification such as HQM, CEEQUAL and BREEAM.
· Relevant undergraduate or master’s degree.
· Excellent technical communication and influencing skills.
