Principal Consultant

You are the future leaders of our business. You will lead our major transformation programmes, manage and grow key accounts and develop delivery teams. Check out the video from Claire & Steve.

• Scope, lead and deliver our major and complex transformation programmes
  
• Nurture client advisory relationships, accounts and partnerships
  
• Play a lead role in contributing to account growth with some new business development activities
  
• Mentor and coach colleagues, representing junior colleagues through the performance management process
  
• Lead capability, proposition and team development
  
• Lead strategic internal projects and play a key role in our internal events
• Are members of the senior leadership team and instrumental in driving the growth of our Irish office as we enter our third year
• Are the future leaders of Gate One, an international challenger consultancy at the heart of Havas

Ideal experience profile:

• c.10 years in consulting, typically gained in recognised management consultancy firms and often enhanced with some time spent in inhouse consulting and industry roles with deep capability-aligned expertise
• Cross-sector experience leading transformation programmes & delivery teams
• Depth in some our core capabilities: customer experience, digital and data, op model, product, sustainability consulting, marketing transformation, strategy and leadership transformation and/or culture and change management
• Personal experience of contributing to business development, growing key accounts and leading senior BD meetings
• A desire to be a future leader in an entrepreneurial, fast growing international consulting business

We offer flexible working and part-time roles (3-4.5 days/week). Around 17% of our Principals currently work on part-time contracts.

• Jonny Miller has led work with the London Mayor's Office to transform the support provided to victims of sexual violence
• In 2023, 25% of our Principals took a sabbatical, extended or family leave.
