Principal Legal Assistant is open to those who have substantial working experience in family law and are working towards qualifying as either a Barrister, Solicitor or Legal Executive.
The post holder is required to undertake 60% of the duties of a lawyer.

About you …….
You will have the following skills and capabilities:
- A good working knowledge and understanding of the law relating to family public law
- An ability to work under pressure and meet competing demands
- Strong organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
- An ability to manage a caseload
- Advocacy skills or a willingness to develop
