Position Type: Permanent, Full Time (36.25 hours per week) or Part Time also available.
Salary etc: £54,627 - £58,887 p.a. plus Essential Car User Allowance, Pension Scheme & Flexible/Home Working. Relocation package up to £6,480. Annual Leave 35 days (incl. public holidays) rising to 39 days after 5 years’ service.

Organise and motivate a small multi-disciplinary team to meet statutory duties in regard to a diverse range of non-domestic and/or domestic property valuations. Effective communication with colleagues, external agencies, and the public will be a crucial aspect of your role, contributing to a comprehensive and rewarding experience.
A key aspect of the job is the ability to defend valuations, negotiate with appellants or their representatives, prepare appeal cases and appear as an expert witness before Valuation Tribunals.
The successful applicant will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Grampian this is normally undertaken by use of a car.
