Role: Print Room Operator
Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Temporary role
Salary Package: £11.50/Hour

Assist in maintaining and improving an effective print production service to the client and ensure the smooth running of all allocated work. Maintain and develop customer relationships through excellent communication
This position would suit someone with a flexible work ethic who is able to work under pressure. This is a permanent position for someone who is keen to work in a professional environment, with strong IT skills and an eye for detail being essential. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Using various software packages to produce printed materials
- Colour copying/printing
- High quality Perfect Binding
- Management and processing of Hybrid Mail solution
- Folding, creasing, perforating, guillotining, large format trimming and laminating
- Perform operator maintenance on print and finishing equipment
- Help maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness and organisation around the workplace
- Comply with company H&S, Environmental & Quality procedures
- Adhoc duties as directed by the Reprographics Manager
- Experience in printing & finishing
- Knowledge of digital print on Ricoh, Xerox, Canon, Konica or equivalent
- Good overall IT skills
- Good customer care skills and relationship building
